Fostering is a journey and we see it as a partnership, so we make sure you don’t take the journey alone. We’re there for you every step of the way with the support, training and resources you would expect from foster care specialists with over 80 years’ combined experience and a good UK-wide presence.

At Choice Fostering we pride ourselves on being a small agency with a “strong family feel”. This allows us to promote cohesion and close communication throughout the company. As a small team, we meet regularly to share opportunities to develop practice and learning as well as disseminating support across the organisation. When you foster with us you become one of the team, not just a number.  You'll build relationships with local fostering families and know all of our team that work in your area.  It's these close relationships that have led to our fantastic satisfaction rates.  Find out a bit more about The Team and our Vision and Values

Why choose Choice Fostering?

1. Experienced and Dedicated Team

Our team is highly experienced in providing care expertise for children and young people in care. Unlike many others, we operate a smaller sized agency which promotes accessibility and a dedicated service in a safe and supporting environment for Foster Carers across the UK including Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Luton, Newham, Brent, Haringey, Barnet, Lincolnshire and more.

2. Generous Allowances

Our Carers receive a generous, weekly fostering allowance that values and recognises their skills and provides a day to day living allowance for the child.

3. Our Values:

At Choice Fostering we take real pride in striving to make a real and measurable difference to the lives of looked after children and young people. We live by a set of six core values reflect our promise to everyone who is part of the Choice Fostering Team.

4. Training & Development

We want you to be the best Carer you can be and will equip you with an integral, 24/7 support framework and the knowledge to be able to take care of a young person or child in care. We provide high-quality support and training programmes to give you the skills needed to deal with tricky situations.

5. Our Achievements

We continue to maintain our strength in providing good outcomes for children and young people in care, and in 2022 were rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted who is the government office who inspect and regulate services that care for children and young people. This is testimony to our high-quality practice and operations.
